Welcome to another [SOMER] Lottery! We are proud to offer the most well-run lotteries in Eve!
On behalf of one of our clients, SOMER presents this lottery for a
Shield Boost Amplifier II BPO, ME35 PE30!
There will be at least 1800 tickets sold with a maximum of 2000 tickets total. After the threshold of 1800 is reached, the lottery will close in 48 hours.
Prizes include:
1. Shield Boost Amplifier II BPO, ME35 PE30
2. Pith A-Type Shield Boost Amplifier
3. Battlecruiser BPO of choice
4. Battlecruiser BPO of choice
5. Hyasyoda Mobile Laboratory
6. 'Beancounter' F60 Implant
7. Caldari Navy Shield Boost Amplifier
8. Cruiser BPO of choice
9. Cruiser BPO of choice
10. 'Beancounter' F50 Implant
Current Promotions
* Ticket Bonus - buy 10 or more tickets, and if you win the blueprint we will include enough materials to make your first 500 modules!
* Bump Bonus - buy at least 1 ticket and post in the forum thread to be eligible for a random drawing for a PLEX.
* High Roller Bonus - the player holding the most tickets at the lottery's conclusion will receive a PLEX!
Tickets #1 and #2000 are free in [SOMER] lotteries. If you hold either of these tickets at the conclusion at the lottery, your money will be refunded.

1.2B sold so far. This thing isn't going to take long at this rate 
A little extra info, gleaned from questions I've received:
* The BPO will be contracted in highsec near Jita. System name will only be told to the winner.
* Multiple ticket holders can win more than one prize, including the grand prize. The same ticket will not be chosen twice, however.
* I can link you the actual BPO upon request in an Evemail or in my in-game channel, just ask! The stats are:
.....Manufacturing Time Base: 1 hour (48 min at Industry V)
.....Morphite 3
.....R.A.M. Shield Tech 20% damage
.....Shield Boost Amplifier I 1
.....Superconductors 2

My hosting provider has informed me that the RAID array on my server has failed. They are rebuilding it now.

CCP's API is being very slow today. This means sometimes that tickets can take a couple hours to show up. However, if you've sent with the right reason code, they'll be counted just fine, so don't worry!

Because it's not exactly clear how many tickets there will be at the end (1800-2000) the dice will be posted at the end and unlocked during a live presentation in our channel.
Dice timestamps will be clear, so you know that they didn't get created on the spot or anything :)

The draw may be sooner if all 2000 tickets are sold.
I will post here to close ticket sales, and include the rolled DICE link from Chribba's site, along with its timestamp and the last ticket that counts.
All other tickets will be refunded, so don't worry :)
The last valid ticket will be refunded as in all SOMER lotteries.
